Any time-related numbers like build times, movement speed etc are always editor numbers,
you have to multiply/divide by 1.4 to get ingame numbers thanks to the weird "game time vs real time" system in StarCraft

I have been very busy lately, I havent even turned on my gaming PC for almost a month. This is why I will no longer run/admin the HeptaCraft ladder server and not patch outside from serious issues coming up (PM me on discord in that case).

If anyone wants to continue developing HeptaCraft or learn from it to make their own mod, they can now simply open the Mod in the SC2 Editor by searching for it - it is no longer locked.

There is still ~25$ in the HeptaCraft tournament paypal, so I will host at least one more tourney, however im not sure I will be able to do so this month. If anyone else wants to organize the tourney and use the money, just contact me.

- Ladder mode has been removed from the game.
- The mod is now open for editing to anyone on battle.net

- Dominion Cerberus Mobile Targeting Upgrade research time reduced from 110 to 90.

- Covenant Predator movement speed reduced from 6 to 5.25, damage decreased from 12 (+12 to light, -6 to armored) to 8 (+8 to light, -4 to armored), weapon cooldown increased from 1 to 1.4.
- Covenant Predator has a new ability: Kidnap. Disables and carries away any light ground unit. While it is carried, the Predator's movement speed is decreased, and the target is slowly damaged by the Predator's jaws.
- Covenant Hybrid Dominator Psi Storm damage ratio decreased to that of High Templar Psi Storm.

Bugfixes:

- Fixed some hotkeys that previously were not available in the Hotkey customization menu.
- Fixed a bug that lead to ladder games being incorrectly reported in rare instances.
- Warp Harmonization tooltip has been corrected - please note that the upgrade has not been nerfed, but always reduced warp cooldowns by 33%, not 50%.
- Khala High Templar Psionic Storm now does 110 damage like intended, instead of 200.
- Nerazim Air Armor upgrade cost is now the same as Air Weapon upgrade cost, Weapon Lvl 2 and up now correctly requires Fleet Beacon.
- Nerazim Shield upgrades Lvl 2 and up now correctly require a Dark Council.
- Miscellaneous small fixes.

- Khala Sentry Guardian Shield no longer reduces melee damage. This was actually never intended, but apparently the LotV campaign Guardian Shield works this way.

- Swarm Raptor Combat Leap range decreased from 12 to 9.
- Swarm Scourges will now overkill on enemies if they are not microed.

- Infested Commander life decreased from 125 to 95, armor decreased from 1 to 0.
- Infested Arachnid damage increased from 12 (+4 to armored, -4 to light) to 15 (+5 to armored, -5 to light), weapon cooldown increased from 2.3 to 2.5, Corrosive Poison Upgrade now requires Infestation, cost increased from 150/150 to 200/200, upgrade time increased from 110 to 140.

- Covenant Predator life reverted from 90 to 75, life regeneration increased from 1 to 3, but now only works out of combat.

- Covenant Tal'Darim Mothership weapon cooldown reduced from 2.21 to 1.4.

Bugfixes:

- Swarm Hydralisk Evolutionary Optimization upgrade no longer stops them from morphing into lurkers.

This is a pretty huge patch, so I skipped a version number. Big changes to Covenant! Hybrid units can now be accessed earlier, and Tal'Darim get a new unit.

Covenant Changes:

Tech tree changes:
- Hybrid Experiments now only requires Moebius Engineering Dept. and Tal'Darim Anvil.
- Hybrid Cell now requires Hybrid Experiment.
- All Hybrid Buildings are now built by Moebius SCVs instead of warped in by the Tal'Darim Mothership. Moebius SCVs can now repair all Covenant structures including Hybrid and Tal'Darim.

- New building: Tal'Darim Outpost. Requires Tal'Darim Citadel, holds upgrades for the Tal'Darim Mothership and enables the new unit, the Vampyr.
- Tal'Darim Mothership upgrades:
-- Anger: enables the weapon on the Mothership
-- Hatred: reduces production time for Harriers and Vampyrs by 14
-- Wrath: Increases Mothership movement speed from 0.23 to 0.55.

- New unit: Vampyr. Built from the Tal'Darim Mothership for 150/150 and 3 supply. Gains energy from attacking enemies. Can use this energy to heal friendly units.

Nanomachine cloud range decreased from 8 to 6, duration reduced from 30 to 20, damage per second decreased from 7 to 5, heal per second increased from 4 to 5.seconds, damage per second reduced from 7 to 5, can no longer affect structures or light units, but can damage non-armored enemies.
- Covenant Hybrid Cell cost reduced from 300/150 to 200/150.

- According to unit command cards, creep is supposed to slow down the movement of mechanical units. Apparently this was accidentaly removed for most units at some point in patch history. This means PF will never be automatically targetted while SCVs are close to it, please be aware of that.
- Khala unit control subgroup priority makes more sense now.
- Khala Colossus Firestorm ability cursor now correctly displays AoE.
- Various small artwork/hotkey/button fixes.

This is a pretty big patch :)

The main focus was on getting Infested in shape. The dual production system didnt really seem to work since the roles of Roaches and Infested Terrans/Marines did overlap too much.
The new goal is to make Roaches the fast low DPS option, while making the Infested Terran tech tree the slow style that needs Nydus worms to attack. Both of the tech trees will be available from the start.

Please vote on the new round of polls (viewtopic.php?f=1&t=23) how you feel about these, and for upcoming changes.

- Changed lightning for day and night - nights should now be less dark
- Infested Brood Mothers no longer need to stop in order to spawn units

Balance:
- Dominion Factory cost reverted to 150/100.
- Khala Repulsor can now target any ground unit and buildings with its weapon, but the repulsion effect only works on non-armored units.
- Khala and Nerazim pylon sight range increased to 5 to make warpins less frustrating.
- Infested Creep Tumor life decreased from 300 to 100.
- Infested Brood Mothers cost decreased for all levels.
- Infested Roach life changed from 55 to 45, damage from 12 to 9.

Bugfixes:
- Faction selection Ready button no longer disappears when pressed without picking any faction.
- Dominion Siege Tank MkII tank mode can now properly attack-move.
- Raiders Tech Reactors now give proper queue buff for Factories and Starports.
- Raiders Field Doctor Shell ability now gives 50 shields like tooltip says, instead of ridiculously OP 200.
- Khala Instant Return upgrade now has proper research time.
- Nerazim Dark Archons now costs Terrazine when merged like is was supposed to.
- Infested Creep Tumor now has sight range 9 when burrowed.

- fixed phoenix graviton beam not cancelling after target dies by switching to another graviton beam ability in the editor for the moment. this means that graviton beam is also no longer channeled, so a single phoenix can lift and kill workers now. lets see how this works out :)

- decreased speed of ascendant psionic orb so its more dodgeable, reduced damage to keep total damage dealt the same
- made sacrifice (ascendant ability) only work on devotees
